What to do for nails and hair?

Any smalls things I could do to help my nails grow longer?

Nails actually grow quite fast, so don't worry about them (:





For hair, the best tip you can ever get is to eat healthy. Veggies/fruit?


If you haven't got a haircut for a while, I suggest you do. The tips of the hair can sometimes cause the hair not to grow. So make sure you get a little trip of that (:





PS: Not doing anything harmful to the hair can make it grow faster x)

Well,your nails,just let them grow,theres nothing that you can do.





For long hair,umm...well,you'll get a lot of ends and it looks scrappy.It streches your face.
