Is there a way to cut the old soft paws off my cats nails so that I can put new ones on?

Soft paws are suppoused to fall off by them selves once the nail has grown out enought, you can probably use acetone to dissolve them off the same way you would fake nails on a person, but i seriously doubt you cat would co-operate, and they shouldn't lick it off their paws either. if a few of the nails have come off but the others haven't, just replace the missing ones.Is there a way to cut the old soft paws off my cats nails so that I can put new ones on?
dont you dare!....that is cruelIs there a way to cut the old soft paws off my cats nails so that I can put new ones on?
have you tried bolt cutter and a hot glue gun?
Yes there is, it's called a vet! Seriously, do NOT attempt this yourself!!!! You can do some serious damage that is going to injure your cat severely, and end up costing you hundreds more in the long run. Your vet has tools that they can use to get them off....please for your cat's sake, call the vet!
Go take your meds now.
Yes, they dissolve in hot water, (NOT BOILING)

or acetone.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW

SOFT PAWS ARE FAKE NAILS SO THAT THE CAT WONT SCRATCH THINGS! OKAY?

Yes, so they usually come off when the nails are too long, but yeah go ahead and use acetone to dissolve it.
