just tell the manicurist what your dress looks like and ask her for help (:
You could paint them a nice blue to match your dress or you could do a red. That always looks good with blue. Maybe even a french manicure. It's really your decision though. Go with your gut, it's usually right!
paint them the same color blue that is on your dress! since you're wearing black shoes and the dress is black, if you paint your nails blue it will bring more of the color out in your dress :)

Getting your toenails painted blue would be really cute then a french manicure with the tips the same color blue for your fingernails.
