yes very bad u want to have some oil in your hair or it will become very dry and unhealthy u can if u want every other week of washing but only once wash your hair every other dayIs it bad to scrub your scalp with your nails when washing your hair?
Yeah cause it causes more hairs to come out when your combing afterwards.

it tears up the scalp, try using the balls of your fingers and massaging yoru scalp in a circular formation.
Its not bad if your massaging lightly but its better to use your fingertips...using your nails might cause dandruff problems and scalp damage...
probably just gets rid of dead skin ,as long as you dont pull your hair
