I remove hard skin on my feet by soaking them in shampoo water. If you plug the drain while you shower and shampoo your hair, your feet will get the benefit of the shampoo. It softens the hard skin and the skin can then be scraped off with your fingernails.
While taking a warm/hot bath or shower, use a Pumice Stone: This course, granulated stone is the ideal beauty tool for dry feet. They are available in a variety of sizes and shapes, and several are attached to a handheld wand for ease of use.
No its not use dove
IF YOU HAVE HARD SKIN BY YOUR TOES IT COULD BE A FUNGUS. BUT ONLY IF YOUR TOES ARE DISCOLORED. IF SO YOU CAN USE A MEDICATION FOR THE FUNGUS, USUSALLY CALLED ATHELIC FOOT ANOTHER REMEDY IS TO USE VICK'S VAPOR RUB ON THE TOES, JUST THE NAIL PART TWICE A DAY FOR ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS. AGAIN ONLY IF YOU HAVE A FUNGUS AND THE SKIN AROUND THE TOES IS HARD.

OTHERWISE IF IT IS JUST DRY, HARD SKIN USE SOME FOOT CREAM OR LOTION AT LEAST ONCE A DAY AND PUT ON AFTER YOU BATHE THIS WILL HELP TO SOFTEN UP THE SKIN.

HOPE THAT THIS HELPS YOU.
