Are long nails good looking on a girl ? What's the best colour for them to be painted/polished?

I have rather long nails and they're not painted/polished. I like to keep them long and nice. :)

I want to paint them - but I don't know what/how to paint them exactly. Plain solid nails look boring with out jewels and stuff sticking on them. Any suggestions..?Are long nails good looking on a girl ? What's the best colour for them to be painted/polished?
Yes, long nails are attractive when properly cut, trimmed, and taken care of. Color depends on your skin tone. Tan skin usually looks good with pinks, reds, yellows, oranges, and other warm colors. honestly short and dark or completely nude colors are the trend right now but if you do want them long go with nude colors so they dont start to look like bad tips, and sometimes the shape can make a huge difference, filling them to be square can take them to another style!
Hmm you could do black tips and then go over them with a clear coat, I do that with mine.

Try french manicure if you don't like plain colors.
Long nails are very nice. Unpainted like in the pic are so beautiful. Paint them with clear polish, or pearl white
