I've used toothpicks to do it. It comes out pretty good. you just have to have the right amount of paint on the end.How do you paint fine designs on your nails, such as hearts, palm trees, letters etc?
You can buy decal's.After you put them on you put a coat of clear nail polish to protect the decals.
