What are the best ways to help your nails grow fast?

There are nail hardeners, like sally hansen, i think their is some diamond particles that strengthen it. basically, if you wear nail polish all the time..my expereience is that my nails get so hard i can't bend them, but they are brittle too. Putting cuticle softener and wearing a top and bottom coat of clear polish stops discoration, and on the top coat, overlap it to the top inner part of the nail, extra protection. vitamin e is 'supposed to help them grow', but so is some kinds of gelatin.. (Let's make this as complex as we can!) LOL!





My nails and hair grow faster in the summer. Also regular manicures if you can afford it, you can even take a broken nail in, and they will reattach it!


When you file your nails, go in one direction only, so you don't get snags, it will take practice to get your favourite shape(basically square, or pointed or square with rounded edges..my favourite..


Choose pretty, nail polish, there's beautiful metalics now, and flourescent if your so inclined, and then light pink or white for summer..looks great on pedicures or french..an anklet enhances your feet along with a toe ring, and on your hands, bracelets, watches, rings, and with both, use a good moisturizer frequently(carry file, moisturizer, top coat and polish for touch-ups) in your purse.

I bite my nails all the time and i dnt even notice.


Ive tried so many things 2 stop it but the only thing tht kind of works 4 me is putting realli bright nail varnish on so tht every time i go 2 bite my nails, i see the bright colours and become aware wt im doing.

2-put some garlic into olive oil ten put on a fire for 10 min


then let cool down ,take the oil and apply it on your nails once a day

Take vitamin E tablets and use cuticle oil on your nail beds, both will stimulate your nails to grow.
put clear nail vanish,
