My nails seem to have a thin film or a nail polish like finished but it doesn't have any nail polish on it. After having manicure, it will come back again after few days. Dermatolist said that it's becasue of whitening products but I am not using it anymore. I don't know why this hasn't been cured yet.Is there a remedy for oxidized nails?
use biotin pills to stregthen them
dont overwash your hands
protect from sun
also use nourishing products such as mavala or neutrgoena for healthier nails
